Drum Screen Pulp Screening Machine

The drum screen is used in the waste paper pulping production process after the hydrapulper, the broken waste paper is roughed and the large debris is removed to reduce the burden of the subsequent pulp screening equipment.

Structure Of Drum Screen

1. The pulp inlet pipe is installed in the center of the big gear, and the end is a rectangular spray nozzle. The pulp is distributed to the screen drum through the spray nozzle. A valve should be installed at the inlet pipe to adjust the inlet volume.

2. The screen drum is welded by the screen plate and is supported on the two groups of support wheels on the inlet and outlet sides. The screen drum is driven by the deceleration motor through the gear drive.

3. The slot body is used to install the screen drum, supporting wheel, baffle plate and other components, and is welded by section steel.
