Pulping machine hydrapurger is an important equipment specially used to process and separate impurities in the pulping industry. It can effectively remove light and heavy impurities from pulp and improve the quality and efficiency of pulping.

Working Principle Of Hydrapurger

1. The specially designed low-friction blade hydraulic rotor can evenly disperse the incoming pulp, keep the screen plate from being blocked and prevent impurities from being broken.

2. Light impurities are discharged through the top outlet of the hydrapurger and enter the drum screen for further separation.

3. Heavy impurities are discharged from the bottom of the hydrapurger, and the impurity-removed pulp passes through the rear screen plate and is sent out through the pulp outlet pipe.
