The chain conveyor is an important conveying equipment for transporting waste paper in the pulping production line. When Leizhan was designing, the trough plate was formed by one-time stamping, which is strong and durable, and has strong impact resistance. The chain conveyor is also equipped with a hard tooth surface reducer, which can improve the safety factor during use.
In order to improve the conveying capacity of the chain conveyor, Leizhan’s engineers installed V-shaped guard plates on both sides of the chain plate. The chain conveyor adopts a closed design and will not cause paper leakage. The chain conveyor is equipped with chain plate tension adjustment device at the tail, which can avoid derailment caused by prolonged use.
