Pulping Plant High Consistency Hydrapulper

The high-consistency hydrapulper adopts special spiral rotor, which can achieve gentle pulping at high consistency (12%-18%), and can debond the fibers and strip the ink without breaking the impurities. The rotor and pulp disc of the high-consistency hydrapulper are higher than the bottom plane of the pulper trough, which can reduce the contact between the pulper rotor and impurities, thereby extending the service life and preventing the rope from being entangled on the rotor.

The high-consistency hydrapulper adopts a welded structure, and the outer side of the slot is made of ultra-high strength steel to strengthen the tank body, and guide plate is provided at the bottom of the cone to allow the pulp to circulate back. An impurity discharge port is provided at the bottom of the tank body. The high-consistency hydrapulper is equipped with a continuous disintegration system, which can perform continuous pulping.
