Vibrating Screen For Paper And Pulp Mill

The vibrating screen is mainly used for screening rough pulp in the pulp and paper making industry. It is used to screen various fiber impurities in the pulp suspension during the pulping process in the paper making industry.

Structure Of Vibrating Screen

1. The vibrating screen body consists of a screen frame, a screen plate and an airtight chamber. The entire screen body is supported on four spring dampers.

2. The exciter consists of an eccentric block and a bearing installed on the main shaft, and is fixed on the center of gravity of the screen frame with bolts.

3. The motor drives the main shaft to rotate through the elastic coupling, and the eccentric block vibrates the screen body.
